Holy Trinity Cathedral in partnership with Conwest Group of Companies has applied to the City of New Westminster to redevelop, seismically upgrade and restore the Holy Trinity Cathedral, through a Heritage Revitalization Agreement and OCP Amendment. The project includes a 30-storey mixed-use building, with a new Parish Hall, 42 affordable rental units, 30 market rental units, and 173 market ownership units. The new development will also include a community plaza and 4.5 levels of parking, and safe, accessible pedestrian path thorough the site toward the Columbia Skytrain Station.
