Give to God What Belongs to God

In the New Testament salvation, 'soteria', means 'wholeness'.  To be 'saved' means becoming 'whole', more fully alive.  Pastoral care is removing those obstacles that may prevent us from becoming more fully alive, more fully Christ-like.  Pastoral care joins service, worship, evangelism and education as dimensions of our stewardship as disciples of Jesus.
