In today's 'Thursday Thoughts' Richard uses the image of 'hitting the wall', familiar to many long-distance runners, to describe our current experience of living in this pandemic.  Richard encourages us to 'keep our eyes on the prize', a phrase familiar to the apostle Paul and to the civil rights movement, in order to break through the wall and move towards God's future.
