On Saturday, September 7th, about 50 people gathered for an evening of food, stories and music to mark 160 years of Anglican ministry in New Westminster.
The church hall was transformed into an elegant banquet space and music filled the air as people mingled and scouted out the silent auction table. The evening featured excellent catering by Bette Geddes, ODNW. Howard Titman entertained with classic Western songs. And our own Douglas Parker charmed with one of his Christmas stories.
In addition to having a lovely evening, we raised over $3,000 for ministry at Holy Trinity Cathedral. Many thanks for Birgit Peterson for the amazing organizing and decorating.
