HTC Heritage Revitalization Agreement Passes 3rd Reading

On Thursday evening, 30 June 2022, the New Westminster City Council unanimously approved HTC's Heritage Revitalization Agreement and associated by-laws on 3rd reading.  This step means that we have passed a significant milestone in our journey towards redevelopment.

Thanks to Conwest, to Terra Housing and to the HTC Property Development Committee whose dedication and hard work have brought us to seeing our future take concrete shape.  Thanks to the City Council and to the City Staff for all their work to ensure the best is done for our community of New Westminster.
