On Thursday, 14 January 2021, Conwest and Holy Trinity Cathedral signed two contracts of purchase and sale.  The first contract is between the Parish Corporation and Conwest for the sale of the Parish Hall and construction of a multi-purpose high-rise building containing a new Parish Hall and Offices.  The second is between the HTC Housing Society and Conwest for the construction and purchase of forty-two units of non-market/affordable rental units in the new tower.

With these documents signed we move forward in our work with Conwest, the City and our neighbours to complete the necessary steps to put shovels in the ground.
