On Wednesday evening, the 30th of October, Diocesan Council gave unanimous approval to a process that will allow Holy Trinity Cathedral's redevelopment project to move forward in an expedited way. Council voted to authorize the Archbishop, after consultation with the Treasurer, the Executive Archdeacon and one of the diocesan legal officers, to approve the series of future agreements that will make the development possible.
